Let’s take a look at the concept of ‘Down The Rabbit Hole’ and the associated ideas about energetic sounds and healing.
In this context, ‘Down The Rabbit Hole’ refers to a deep, transformative experience, similar to Alice’s adventure in Wonderland. It suggests a journey into another reality where personal growth and healing are possible.
This sound healing takes you on a journey with energetic sounds to the resonance of the earth. Imagine these sounds moving through the ground like waves, somewhat like the vibrations of a gentle earthquake, but even subtler and more beneficial. By opening yourself up to these natural resonances, you can create space for inner peace and trust.
The sound healing replicates these healing sounds from nature. Just as music can affect your mood, these specific frequencies can bring you into a meditative state. They essentially lift you to a different level of consciousness, away from the physical and rational. In that ‘altered state of consciousness,’ healing from within becomes possible.

Shamanic Journey Down The Rabbit Hole
The sounds on this recording are annoying yet they transported me to another dimension. Even now I have the feeling of having had a profound meditative experience. It did not feel like it was only six minutes.

Shamanic Journey Down The Rabbit Hole
I used this to practice a shamanic journey to the lower world and did, indeed, go down a rabbit hole. I’m brand new at this but it was cool. Linear time ceased to exist and I came back from the journey feeling like energetic residue had been cleared from my soul and like I was gone for much longer than 6 minutes! 🧡

Shamanic Journey Down The Rabbit Hole
Didn't like this piece when I first listened to it as it made me feel very uncomfortable, but I bookmarked it to try again. It still makes me feel uncomfortable so obviously I need to use it as a tool to get find the reason why. Have had every reaction from laughter to tears, so it must be working on something deep!
